Currency and Inclusions

  • Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST

  • Rates include all entrance fees and meals as stated in brochure/tour copy

  • Where a discounted child rate is offered it will be 75% of the adult rate


Minimum numbers and cancellations

  • Minimum number of guests (4) is required for all tour departures except for private tours.  If the minimum number of bookings is not reached you will be offered an alternate date or a full refund

  • Individual booking are accepted

  • Where a tour is subject to favourable weather conditions you will be given as much notice as possible of any cancellations and the offer of an alternate date or a full refund

  • Show Me Melbourne advises guests to have travel insurance. We will not be held responsible for any damages, loss or injuries incurred whilst on tour

  • Show Me Melbourne reserves the right to alter itineraries, vehicles and days of operation as required. Although every effort is made to adhere to the itinerary specified some venues may not be available on requested day due to events. Every effort will be made to inform the agent/client of tour cancellations/alterations prior to tour date 

  • Please advise us within 72 hours of a tour departure of any cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee of 25%

  • No-shows or tours cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time may not be refunded


Minimum Ages

  • Children under 6 years not are permitted on our bus tours without prior approval.  Our bus tours operate on a minibus which is subject to the same laws as a car with regards to child restraints.  We do not provide child restraints, but may be able to assist you locate them

  • Children under the age of 10 are not recommended on shopping tours


Pick-ups and Drop-offs

  • Where a pick-up is offered, confirmation and pick up time and location must be confirmed 48 hours prior to tour departure

  • Where a pick-up service is offered it applies to most hotels within the main Central Business District (CBD). If your accommodation is outside that area, or we are not able to legally park in front of your accommodation within the CBD, we will advise the closest pick-up point to you

  • Not all tours offer a pick-up service.  Please carefully check the meeting location



  • Proof of age (over 18) must be shown to consume alcohol on any of our tours 

  • In compliance with the laws of responsible serving of alcohol, alcohol will not be served to intoxicated guests and drunk or disorderly patrons will not be permitted to remain with the group & will not be allowed back on the bus

  • Alcohol may not be consumed on the bus



  • All tours can be provided on a private basis upon request.  Please ask for a quote

  • A deposit of 50% of the estimated tour cost is required at time of booking to enable prepayment of venues

  • The balance of payment is due at least one week prior to the tour departure

  • Cancellations notified between 14 and 5 days prior to commencement will incur a fee of 25% of the estimated tour cost

  • Cancellations notified less than 72 hours prior to commencement will incur a fee of 75% of the estimated tour cost

  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of commencement will not be refunded

  • Final numbers & pick up details are required 72 hours prior to tour departure

  • Additional numbers will be accepted at the contracted rate until departure subject to availability
